Please allow 48 hours notice to rearrange our schedules.
50% of services will be charged after 48 hours; this supports a small portion of our time & resources originated special for you.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Deposits on Services:
Deposits are returned for rescheduled or cancellations made before 48 hours of appointments.
After 48 hours deposits are non-refundable to offset any cancellation/rescheduling fees.
Late & No Shows:
No Shows are charged 100% of missed services.
Please respect our time and others that could have used that appointment.
Late by 15 minutes or more after appointment time will require us to reschedule & 50% of the service will be charged. We understand life happens, but unfortunately this is a loss of income, time, and resources for us.

Children/ Additional Guest:
Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you not bring additional guests, including children. We would prefer your undivided attention to do our best work. In the event that you must bring your child to your appointment please ask for permission prior. This is not only out of respect for the other clients in the studio but also for the child's safety, you more than likely will not be able to see your child leaving them unattended.
Most services require your eyes closed in a relaxed position. We understand emergencies can come up and you are welcome to have you phone near by on a low volume. BUT, please do not ask your artist to answer missed messages or incoming call unless it's important, we are on a schedule and your service is our number one priority.
