I also believe this to be true in reverse. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. When you're mentally healthy your spirit glows from the inside-out and naturally you become more attractive and also are less likely to beat yourself up.

When you surround yourself with positive people,  joy and laughter you're less likely to be so negative about your own insecurities. 

This is why our beauty services and skin care treatments are all open concept. We are a healthier version of a BAR. :)
